Continuity and Compliance

 The CSP Compliance and Continuity Department  is here to identify, monitor, advise and assist with ensuring your school’s board and administration operate according to legal, procedural and best practices for charter schools.  We seek to provide guidance and peace of mind to school boards and administrators.  Our goal is to bring institutional continuity to your entity so you can ensure years of compliant operations.

How Can We Support Your School?

Board Support

Through our network we connect board members, administrators, vendors, and staff members to resources that drive success. Our team attends regular board meetings and coordinates onsite visits to ensure successful adoption of the support provided by our service departments. 

Compliance Review

Our Compliance and Continuity Team offers checks and balances for NCDPI Compliance and Charter Renewal. CSP is very familiar with the renewal process and can guide school boards and administrative teams with a high-level of support.

Administrative Support

We provide board support with training and recruitment as well as Managing Director recruitment and review. We provide support for the creation of compliant Staff and Student Handbooks using templates that include tried and true best practices and policies suggestions.
