Client Service Delivery Associates

Our Client Service Delivery Associates are an essential part of our ability to effectively support client needs in a scalable way.  Commonly referred to as CSDAs; these team members complete a number of support tasks for all of our clients, while typically specializing in an area of needed expertise.

Client Service Relationship Managers

Our Client Service Relationship Managers are assigned to each client as their main contact at CSP.  Commonly referred to as CSRMs; they are responsible for managing the tasks that must be completed for our schools.  Their focus is to ensure that requests and needs of the client are met, whether that involves other team members or just the CSRM.
